Getting started

What is FachiFarm?+

FachiFarm is a managed B2B agricultural procurement and fulfillment platform. We control the catalog, sourcing, commercial terms, quality process, inventory, fulfillment, delivery experience, and operational record.

Who is it for?+

Restaurants, hotels, caterers, supermarkets, retailers, food processors, schools, institutions, and other organizations that buy agricultural products in business quantities.

How does our organization get started?+

Talk to our team or create a buyer account. Onboarding establishes your organization, members, delivery addresses, and serviceable operating context before ordering.

Can multiple people use the same organization?+

Yes. Organization members can have defined responsibilities so requesting, approving, purchasing, billing, and support records stay with the business.

Ordering & sourcing

Is FachiFarm a public farmer marketplace?+

No. Suppliers support FachiFarm’s managed operation; they do not create arbitrary public listings or sell directly to buyers through the platform.

What if an item is not available in the catalog?+

Submit a Buyer Request (RFQ) with the product, quantity, need date, address, and relevant notes. FachiFarm can review the request and issue a versioned, expiring quote.

Can we place recurring orders?+

You can prepare recurring procurement plans. Current price, availability, capacity, and address context are rechecked rather than blindly creating a commitment.

When is an order confirmed?+

An order is confirmed only after the applicable checkout quote or FachiFarm quote is accepted and the backend creates the Sales Order. A cart or Buyer Request alone is not a commitment.

Price, stock & quality

Who calculates price and order totals?+

FachiFarm’s backend validates the buyer context, local offer, current price, fees, tax, and commercial totals. The browser does not create the authoritative total.

Does expected supply count as available stock?+

No. Expected or incoming supply remains a planning signal. Only physical goods that have arrived and passed quality inspection can become sellable inventory.

How is quality handled?+

Goods receipts record physical arrival, then quality inspection separates accepted, rejected, and damaged quantities. Only the accepted quantity enters inventory.

Can price or availability change before confirmation?+

Yes. Market and stock conditions can change, so FachiFarm revalidates commercial terms and availability before a final commitment and shows when a refreshed quote is required.

Delivery, billing & support

How is delivery coverage confirmed?+

Serviceability is resolved from an owned delivery address against active service zones and capacity. Coverage depends on the specific address and current operating setup.

Can we track fulfillment?+

Yes. Buyers can follow meaningful order and shipment progress, including preparation, dispatch, delivery attempts, quantity outcomes, and proof of delivery where applicable.

Where do invoices and payments appear?+

Canonical invoices, receivables, payments, and refunds are connected to the buyer organization and the relevant commercial records in the buyer application.

What happens when something goes wrong?+

Raise a support request against the relevant order or shipment. Qualifying complaints become durable operational exceptions with ownership, timeline, and resolution evidence.
